Declaring entity should declare: cash, funds deposited on bank accounts, contributions to credit unions and other non-banking financial institutions, including collective investment institutions, funds lent by declaring entity or a member of his/her family to third parties, assets in precious metals, other.

Available cash assets (including cash, funds deposited on bank accounts, contributions to credit unions and other non-banking financial institutions, funds lent to third parties) and assets in precious metals the aggregate value of which does not exceed 50 minimum subsistence levels estimated for able-bodied persons for the 1 of January of the reporting year are not a subject of declaration.

Gifts in the form of cash should be indicated if the amount of such gifts received from one person (group of persons) during the year exceeds 5 minimum subsistence levels estimated for able-bodied persons for the 1 of January of the reporting year. Gift in a form other than cash (movables, real estate, etc.) is indicated if the value of such gift exceeds 5 minimum subsistence levels estimated for able-bodied persons for the 1 of January of the reporting year. Indication of information about the gift does not exclude the obligation to indicate the corresponding property in other sections of the declaration, for example, in sections on movable valuables, real estate, securities, etc.

Declaring entity should declare: received credits, received loans, obligations under leasing agreements, the amount of funds paid as the principal amount of loan (credit) and interest on loan (credit), obligations under insurance contracts and non-state pension provision, funds lent to declaring entity or to his/her family member by other persons, unpaid tax liabilities, etc.

Information is indicated only if the amount of liability exceeds 50 minimum subsistence levels estimated for able-bodied persons for the 1 of January of the reporting year. if the amount of liability does not exceed 50 minimum subsistence levels estimated for able-bodied persons for the 1 of January of the reporting year only overall amount of such liability is indicated (for example, if the amount of funds paid as the principal amount of loan (credit) in the reporting year does not exceed 50 minimum subsistence levels estimated for able-bodied persons for the 1 of January of the reporting year than only overall amount of loan (credit) is indicated).

It indicates the information on real estate belonging to the declarant and/or his family members on the title of ownership, including joint ownership, rent or another right to use property, regardless of the form of the transaction, which resulted in obtaining such a right.

It indicates the data on vehicles or self-propelled mechanisms belonging to the declarant or his family members on the the title of ownership, including joint ownership, rent or another right to use property, regardless of the form of the transaction, which resulted in obtaining such a right. The information on vehicles or self-propelled mechanisms is indicated regardless of their cost.
